While I would totally agree with 8-bores assesment here I believe the gun in question was not being asked about for conversion, but had in fact already been converted. I would not recommend throwing it away. Also I do not think I would buy it without the opportunity to fire it & see if it handled OK & was properly regulated. For fun guns I have had several Uberti built Colt Clones & all were very acceptabble for their price. Actually about the only flaws is where they copied "Original" Colt dimensions as regards throat vs bore dimensions etc (.45 Colt SAA).
