Great Pictures!
Your photos remind me of how my family hunts in Catalunya. Hunting, just like everything else in Spain seems to be much more of a "communtity" event where those from the local "poblet" are part of the "Coto Social de Caza." I understand that in a driven hunt, those supporting the shooters are usually paid, but it still looks like a very community oriented experience. Moreover, everyone's role in the hunt and the way in which hunt proceeds seems to be determined by tradition; shooters, loaders, beaters, game cart, meals, etc... --all tradition.
It is so different from hunting here in the US. As I am sure you are aware, here most hunting is done individually or in small groups of 2-5 guys. Any kind of drinking alcohol is outlawed in bthe field (unlike the Spanish tradtion of carry a "bota" and if you have a scotch, beer, glass of wine it is normally back a camp or at home. Most of us don't share a meal together after a hunt unless we are camping, staying in a hotel, or at a lodge.
Your pictures just brought back many memories (although somewhat different from Spain) that I miss so much about Europe.
Thank you.
