I did not mean to be huffy, however I do know which end the shot comes out. I would not modify any older gun until after using it
a while. I would personally prefer 28" bbls. My Arrietta 28ga has 29" bbls which I find are more likely to keep me swinging on the bird. Two of my current SXS'S have choke tubes, two do not.
I pefer not on a classic. I am not having a lot of luck finding a "perfect?" classic in really nice shape at a reasonable price. This one, with only internal choke opening seems like it might be "my gun",without compromising it's integrity. The price at Gunbroker is $1750. The price at Puglisi's site is $1495?
But with your comments I guess it is not the gun for me.
