The market for a repro Lefever would be tiny. It's small enough as it is for all the other stuff out there. The design is complex and would be expensive to make and unprofitable. The sideplates would make stocking more expensive. They are beautiful old guns with their place in history; I love them and appreciate their uniqueness, but it is NOT one to reproduce. Neither is the NID Ithaca, as Steve Lamboy found out.
