I don't know when Hunter Arms gave up composite iron and steel barrels, but the Brothers P were still turning out a few Damascus guns in 1926, and I know of at least one vent rib Damascus barrel Parker.
I'm a lazy guy and for the little I shoot my 10-gauge guns I use a pair of Gauge Mates and shoot 12-gauge ammo. Just the other day I looked at my Baker $100 Pigeon Gun 10-gauge and couldn't believe the amount of plastic crud built up from the end of the Gauge Mates to the end of the chamber and into the forcing cone. I spent an hour doing repeated scrubbing and swabbing Hoppes and I'll bet some more has come up as I left a coat of Hoppes in there.
