The remains of this once great Parker 10 bore could be rebuilt as a great 12 gauge shooter by sleeving the original 10 gauge barrels to 12 gauge and 32 inches long. Toby Barclay could get this part of the restoration done in less than 1 year most likely. The wood replacement could be done after that back here in the USA. All of this would take about 2 years and $5500, maybe a little more. If you want a "B" Grade Parker SXS that you can shoot with modern ammo sleeving is the way to go and Toby's sleeving done in England is some of the best available.
