The barrel bulge, if it is minor and located near the muzzle, as you described shouldn't be horribly expensive to fix. The stock,again going on your description, sounds like a replacement proposition if you're expecting to put this gun back into shooting condition. However, I've seen miracle fixes before. Perhaps you could post some pictures and get a better idea from other forum members.
