Whitey, parts are always good to have. If nothing else, they sometimes make good trading stock when mere money won't tempt the owner of some treasure that you covet.

Froggie, I'll check in my goodie box but I believe that my spare tangs are the thick ones for high walls. AAMOF I seem to remember sending you my last good thin tang a (short) while back....have ya ever considered gettin' some adult supervision for that CRS? (BG) I myself have begun keeping a notebook with everything written down.

Now if I could just remember where I left the notebook...

If you'll send me a photo of your ratty tang then I'll see if I can use it on a rifle I'm building and can possibly substitute for the better tang that's on the rifle now. No sense wasting an original-appearing tang on a rifle that's going to be altered anyway.
