I found this web forum and am wondering if I could get some help on restoring my father's Fox Sterlingworth please. It is an A grade, 16 gauge side by side with the serial numbers of 3704**. The last time he used it over 35 years ago, someone stepped out in front of him and he dropped it, losing the forend and forend iron. I purchased a forend and cannot find the forend iron anywhere. I have found a gunsmith that has a full machine shop and just needs a reference photo of what the iron would look like. I found a photo of a smiliar serial numbered Fox and it shows somewhat of the gun and forend:
