At the Vegas show last year, I was surprized to see an Italian shotgun cleaning kit for $14,995. It looked about the same quality as one Tony Galazan has for about $500, but then I am a heathen when it comes to quality of this kind. For those on the cheap, they had a downgraded one for only $8995.

The only rationalization I can make here for the price is they come with an Italian babe to push the patches thru that looks like Sophia Loren of about 30 years ago.  Then again Ferrari routine maintenance runs around $1500.  Jim

For $15k you can pay a qualified gunsmith to clean your gun many many times.
That's like buying a $30k carwash sponge and bucket.
