The short answer is a lot of money. If you can locate a stock from Boyd's custom gunstock, it would be appox. 250-300 in nice wood. Having someone head it up and finish it will run approx. 500 plus. If you have to do a custom stock its going to run approx. 3000.00. barrel blueing = 200.00. Case hardening = 500.00. I did a custom gun project this year. You have to real careful and know where you stand before you launch into it, or it will eat you alive. It can be rewarding, but will not be cheap.-IM
