There's guys like that, ballplayers, racecar drivers, etc, and then there's the mere mortals, like us.

But unlike them, I'm always amazed and derive much pleasure when I hit something. So, at least I get some things they don't.

It's kind of hard for us to break more than two clays, when we only have two shots available with our doubles!

Obviously you guys don't know who that is. That's Tim Bradley who shoots on "Shooting USA". He is an exhibition shooter who used to shoot with Tom Knapp for Bennilli. He must have jumped ship and gone with Beretta. He throws up about nine birds and breaks them individually before they hit the ground - Throws up three birds and breaks all three while switching from right to left then back to right handed again. Stuff like that. He started out as a professional bounty hunter and I think he still does from time to time. But he does the "Impossible Shot" segment from time to time on Shooting USA. And yes, he and Tom Knapp did a lot of duck, goose and dove hunting on American Bird Hunter, too. He is a pretty decent shot.

The fun in never missing is when he signs the back of that paycheck from Beretta.

If you can imagine......Tom Knapp is probably twice as good. He held the record for the most birds broken (10 or 11) thrown up and broken individually. I think Flanigan from Winchester might have the new record of 10 or 11 (whichever it is). Tom throws up eggs, oranges and breaks them with a .22 magnum- Shoots targets coming across the field overhead with the gun over his head. Jerry Micilek from S&W is very good. I once saw him throw up a clay target, pick up a pistol and knock over a metal silhouette, pick up an M-16 and knock over a metal silhouette, then pick up a shotgun and break the bird he had thrown in the air before it hit the ground. THEN of course there Bob Munden who throws up asprin tablets and breaks them with a Colt .45. I have made a whole tape of this trick shooting guys. They're incredible.

Tim Bradley without doubt is my best shooting student.
