I really don't worry about choke. I'm focused on the shot. This duck season I had a flock come in overhead and was using an automatic that I had choked in skeet and using #6 hevi-steel. IKilled two incommers with no problem. In a double, I always have the barrel selector set to fire the most open choke first. The real trick on an overhead/incommer is to wait. you've driven many miles to kill a duck, be patient and wait until they are about 30 yards or less. Use the "blot-shot" swing up through the bird until the barrels "blot" out the bird, then FIRE. keep swinging and wha-lah, dead duck.-IM
