You might put a list of the people you are ignoring in your signature. It will be there every time you post and the rest of us will understand that you aren't reading those people's posts. Otherwise it seems necessary to explain in each thread that you are ignoring so-and-so.

In my signature (see below) I put "I am glad to be here" and it automatically goes on the bottom of every one of my posts.
