Thanks to everyone to all the good information. I also think that this gun is an Avant-Tout model, but I am wondering how those Belgium barrels end up on this particular gun --is it possible that the barrels are original? I don't think so, but...

Also, where would you put the value of such a gun. I am thinking for about $500 more I could pick up an Army Navy BLE or a C.G. Bonehill BLE or something similar.
