Anyone know what this hard rubber buttplate came off of, it is flat , no spur at the heel?

I looked at the repro buttplates Larry Schuctnet (sp) has for sale on his website "Dutchman Woodworks". What you have most resembles the Burgess buttplate he has for sale(same dog&bird), but the Burgess has the name surrounding the dog...Geo

Jim, it's a Wilkes Barre Gun Co. buttplate. In business just a few years. Here's a D Grade, their highest catalog grade.

Thanks Daryl, it was with some buttplates I bought on ebay and I was curious, there was another plate that is like a Syracuse Arms one except it has a spur at the heel, amazing what turns up on ebay from time to time. I just bought 4 new in the box recoil pads there, a Merson whiteline and 3 Jostams, 2 are factory leather covered ??
