A Sedgley Springfield in .22-Hornet showed up in town yesterday and I was able to buy it. For those who have not seen a Sedgley Hornet conversion here are the highlights. The rifle is missing the magazine cutoff, a side mount has been removed and the Lyman 48 is gone plus it’s very dirty. The good news is the stock is sound and the bore is perfect. I have it all apart so when it’s more presentable I’ll take some pictures.
