To change subject somewhat, sometime back in 1990s I saw a Russian evening TV program (Vraimya?) about Stalin's "vacation" bunker in Samara area. In that program was mentioned a pistol range inside Stalin's bunker and that a local shooting club had tried to convert it into a public range, with hope that its being in Stalin's bunker would increase interest in shooting there. However, because all the copper electrical cables had long since been stolen and the bunker was becoming flooded, the conversion to a public shooting range was financially a non-starter. Do you know anything about current status of Stalin's bunker?
