First the Frogmoor Ballard. Now the Frogmoor Martini! Is there a Frogmoor Farrow lurking in the shadows? Where will it all end?

Those are three wonderful Martinis.

Ah yes... The Frogmoor Martini. A ride in the WayBack machine with Mr. Peabody and his boy Sherman. I had that in my hot little hands once. It was the first rifle I worked on for Mr. Hurst. Wonderful engraving.

I shot Dale M.'s Frogmoor Ballard in a match once. I guess I am just a Frogmoor kinda guy. I have not heard of any Farrow, though.

Someone called me? I may have a few faults, but liking rollers isn't one them - much less Hepburns...

Well, another country heard from... Literally.

Welcome Mr. Belgian. It is good to see you here. I kinda figured the all seeing, all knowing Martini guy would ferret out that comment and seek to defend his honor.

Did you mention Hepburns...?

Glenn,

Is that the Hepburn you built from castings that was on the ASSRA cover a while back? The color case is spectacular.

Jerry and all --- YES, Mr. Glenn with 2 n's did all the mrtal work except the engraving and color casing. I did the scrathing and Classic Guns did the CC. Mr. Glenn took a rough casting and built me a first class 40-50 Sharps rifle. I can't say enough nice things about the quality of workmanship he lavished on this piece of 8620. Again, many thanks Mr. G. ---- everyone who has seen this rifle keeps not wanting to return it -- can't believe the parts fit better than an origional Hepburn.

Mr. Jerry --- why not do like some of do --- I buy an action & have a bbl fitted. In due time I'm able to buy a nice blank & afford to have the bbl/action stocked. With a little attention, you can hand polish out the metal saving loot. Apply the saving to a nice CC job & bluing and you are ready to go. Ken
