After I receieved my RBL 28, I called and ordered a 20. The one I got was nice but I iddnt like the grain layout towards the heel, thought it was prone to chip. So I asked if I could retunr and choose somethign else. They said no problem. I did and got a very nicely done 20 with English Walnut. And 2 fore ends. I ordered the first with both and they took them back full credit. I got both on the second one also. BTFE for clays and hopefully that Argie trip and Splinter for field use.
I have been very satisfied with both of my RBL's. fit, finish, service and performance. Customer services by CSM was second to none.
