I took delivery of my RBL 20 after a very long wait and a trip back to CSMC to fix a stock crack problem. Customer service was top notch and I'm glad I bought the gun. The prepaid price and careful selection of the options make mine a real bargain that I couldn't duplicate from any other maker in a 20. I have a couple of BSS 20's and like them a lot, but they never existed in the configuration that I ordered on my RBL. After I got the RBL, I bought another Miroku-labeled 20 gauge SxS, and it is at least the mechanical equal of the RBL, but I had no choice on configuration. The RBL is still a bargain if you buy smart.
