I've done that. That's how I built my 7x57 Mauser and I have a roller with Steve Durren right now and I'm talking to Mr Steele about a G&H style Springfield. But, if I ever find a decent Hepburn action - well I have plans that involve Ken Hurst engraving!!! I have some pictures pinned to the wall in the gunroom. (I have to hide them behind some old Vargas girls so the CDFO doesn't get suspicious.) Meanwhile I'm working on a Martini Henry that needs some new pins, screws and firing pin. Does anyone know the screw size for MH MK II trigger screw? I'm pretty sure even I can turn a new firing pin out of tool steel without too much trouble.
