No need for apology about the shotgun, we know for turkey that they are used more oft like a rifle for the gobblers and jakes anyway. Neat photograph and the result speaks for itself. Thanks for sharing. Numbers of us use semi-autos & pumps for assorted purposes, so you are still among friends and in good company. Even our friend, Dig, enjoys using classic American guns from time to time. Who was it that said , "Don't sweat the small stuff."? Whomever it was, they were correct.

Nope, I much prefer orange roughy fillets, asparagus,.....washed down with generous helping of Chardonnay Reserve from Jefferson Vineyards.
The closest I come to Turkey is organically bred cornish hens.
