I'm also confused Michael. I didn't know the question was specific to certain custom gunmakers. I didn't mean that you had to teach me or anyone about Emil Flues, and I'm certainly not an authority on him. I was merely tossing his name out in reply to your question, "What pre-war custom American maker do you have an interest in? Name a maker you want to learn about and we can see what is out there."
I named a maker in hopes that someone here might have info on Flues. I didn't name one in an attempt to be clever and answer my own question.
