Emil Flues must be spinning in his grave. I know I am but only because they decided to put all that scratching on the old slabside and I bought one. Nows I feel . . . just fine; I guess it passed, Chuck.

Chuck, thank you for the explanation. It does look well put together and yours seems to be especially well taken care of.

I have a question, while all these Fulton people are here . Has any one ever seen a Fulton Special(with the game scenes on the sides) in the .410 cal.. I have owned both the Fulton and Hunter Special in .410, but never a Fulton Special.. MDC

Cary, actually I had forgotten about it, but thank you nevertheless!! :-)
In any case that status had me in great company.

JC, If owning nice guns is the gauge for classification, your guns indicate "land baron" status. May we refer to you as Baron JC?

Chuck- Back when the earth's crust was cooling and this board was in it's first incarnation, a poster responded to a comment about the boards makeup that we were a bunch of farmers, unable to discern the difference between a fine double and an axe or shovel. Several of the regulars proudly adopted the title, along with bottom feeder and a few others. JayCee enjoyed this as much as any of the rest of us and poked a little fun at the varmint.
Just thought I'd bring you in on an old joke.
JayCee was right. It was, and is good company to keep.

Lot of mudcats lying in the unenlightened murk at the bottom. Easy to sell your sub-1K "shooter-grade." I'm happy on the bottom but I do look up occasionally.
