With respect, you are correct about Michael Petrov regarding his database of G&H rifles and his overall knowledge of the rifles; however, I hope that you and all who collect or own G&H rifles realize that G&H is working diligently and continually to expand their own record database of the rifles, largely as a result of the Abercrombie & Fitch records of which we have custodianship. We have shared some of our information with Michael, and he with G&H, to expand the overall knowledge available about G&H rifles. Paul Chapman, head gunsmith and VP of G&H has made, sold and repaired G&H rifles for over 25 years and his knowledge about them is well worth note. The G&H database is far from complete but it is getting more so all of the time. Any owner of a G&H rifle of shotgun may contact the G&H Research Dept. or simply visit the Research page of the G&H website to learn if the serial number of their particular firearm is in the G&H database.
