Erik W Sidelock Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 292 Great Lakes	I recently bought a 28" Boyt for a 28" gun and there is no room to spare. Unless external size is critical, I'd consider a 28" case for a 26" gun. A Springer Spaniel, a 6# double and a fair day to hunt.
