Amigo Will, You are absolutely right and have to wonder about the sanity and competence of the government folks orchestrating these disaster evacuations. Here in Pennsylvania where road repair is a three season affair, we often see Northbound traffic diverted into a Southbound lane. Sad to see these fools getting good pay, benefits, and retirement plans at taxpayers expense, and screw up so bad, so often, they wouldn't last 5 minutes in the private sector.
