Not a alot to worry about with the swollen head, pretty common in older guns. MEC sells the sizemaster reloader for just that problem. Tightening an action generally runs 300 and up depending on who does the work. If it needs a new mainspring, those can be expensive, or they can be simple if you can find a rough spring that can be made to work. Its hard to say without seeing it, but it all sounds fixable without a ton of trouble.
