Joe, I read it as saying those are things we did to ourselves, as Americans, without any outside involvement of terrorists, foreign militaries, etc.

Stop posting on it, it will go away on it's own.

What I said was the things we let our goverment(We The People) do us is worst. I always expect terror from those outside our great country.Remember air raid pratice at school and bomb shelters in back yards in the late fourties and through the fifties. We have never realy been prepared for when we turn on ourselfs.I live in the greatest country in the world but like my Marine Corps pledge states Against Terror both Foregin and Domestic. I could go on for hours about our counties unfaithfulness to its Vets.

The original topic years ago, if I remember correctly, pertained to the movement of gun barrels due to heat. And whether or not the freezing of barrels to put them back to the original position was a solution. So, that is why I brought it up when I saw the article this weekend. Some, on this board said that the heat alone from the aircraft fires was enough to drop the buildings while others thought not. So, if the heating of metal and the bending of it is offensive, I apologize. But, I thought it was something to report to some of the older members who remembered the discussion. Have a nice day.
