I have much more confidence in an answer based on BBS members' actual experiences than one I get from the bureaucrats or combing the regulations. In my experience what the regs say, what they really mean, and what really is enforced rarely coincide.
I have a BS in mechanical engineering, have owned my small business for 26 years, text message, and own and operate a Blackberry. I had a very difficult time learning how to post pictures here. I can and do post pictures here now but the steep learning curve for me is still a fresh memory.
