Can anyone tell me the year of manufacture and your opinion of quality of a AYA SLE model XXV #336959. It has full coverage floral and ribbon engraving and outside of the undesirably short barrels, it seems to be a nice gun. thank you Paul Driscoll

Hello Paul, According to an AyA catalogue that serial number was assigned between 1966 & 1971 You should look on the barrels for the date code, in this case a letter followed by a number 1. Look here for the complete codes Spanish Year of Proof JC
