You won't likely buy a 28ga Repro for $4600, although someone here recently listed one for just under $5K, which I thought was an excellent price compared to what we're seeing on the market. 20ga Repro, you could certainly get one of those.
I'd echo Chuck's comments on 28ga Repros. I think they're great guns, but if you insist on one with 28" barrels and DT, expect to spend a long time looking. And expect it to be choked M/F--but with constrictions appropriate for a 12 rather than a 28! Now if you could find a Repro 28, 28", DT, Q1&2, that'd be my idea of something close to the Holy Grail. But I think I'll have to be content with mine, set up exactly as described except with 26" tubes.
