the correct word there would be INcur, not CONcur. concur means to agree with or to coincide. and as far as i know it's not legal anywhere to kill in defence of property (there may be exceptions but no place i've ever lived) which means he'd not have been within his legal rights to kill them just for robbing him anyway. apparently the authorities felt he was in defence of his life as there's no indication they're going to prosecute him. your post read as tho you didn't CONcur with that viewpoint.

whatever you meant, your original post read as a criticism of this guy for killing over his wallet. that may not be how you meant it but that's sure the way it read. it read like you were looking for some venue to espouse (oops, sorry, more big words) your lofty ideals.
