King you always seem to run to the aid of the criminal. I thank god that someone strong enough and brave enough to win the battle was on hand. What if it was your granddaughter and her pretty young friends that were the victims, the end result may have been much worse. Why give them the chace to hurt or kill other innocents. I think it is ones duty to society to take them out of commision if possible.

Hey Chigago that mountain was always full of VC for sure. A few times in 66 we had to float food down the little river that ran at the base of the mountain back into the Leeper camp,a very sad sight young and old.Recon moved about ten miles down the road from the PX right below the CG's compound when we left the beach in fall of 66

I believe King Brown would prefer to knock them out and let the system handle it from there.On head shots untill you have smeeled the burnt hair and smelled and tasted the hot blood from blowback one never knows for sure what they would or could do. Down by me we got Joe Horn who shot two folks in the back with a shotgun as they were running from his neibors house after robbing it,both dead at the seen.He was very lucky as the grand jury just no billed him but now the feds are looking at the case

Thanks for the clarification Mike- The retired Marine saved the lives of God knows how many others in that Subway- the families of the deceased sumbag(s) sure are in another planet if they think the Marine should be charged-the fact that the police aren't going to charge him-and that he had a valid CCW and was prepared to use it- Wonder if Sarah Brady or Dianne Feinstein had been there having a sandwich when the "Fit hit Da Shan"-and the good Gyrene saved their sorry asses-think they might change their minds about the 2nd. Amendment?? One of my gals is "hooked" on that CBS (read the BS) show "Survivor" and on a early run- had a former Navy SEAL- Rudy Bosch! I thought the show was about survival skills- instead it's about "Buckin' Your Fuddy" to win- a "back-stabbers festival"--Adm. Jeff and Amigo, no, I'm the biggest law-and-order guy in my parts. I have my own notions about slime: pack them into Hercs and parachute them into the high Arctic with a few sheets of plywood, snares and traps, and shovels to pick at the coal ranges; no guards, no costs to society, let those who deprive us of our right have their own dog-eat-dog society. I believe in killing in self-defence. Killing another human to protect property isn't my thing.

King what I was saying is that in no way do I think you are a coward,just very carefull if a life is at stake.
RWTF our esteamed congress women Shela Jackson Lee is forceing the feds to look at this as a hate crime.I think these guys he shot are his first kills not a hunter and very unassuming in looks. I think he just got tired of it all and did somethink that may end up putting him in jail the rest of his where he won't last a day.

I have a good friend who was assigned to the Marine One detail during the Kenendy adm. The stories that he can tell about Jackie K. and the way she treated the "help" (including the Marines and secrect service) will make you ashamed.
