Thanks for the clarification Mike- The retired Marine saved the lives of God knows how many others in that Subway- the families of the deceased sumbag(s) sure are in another planet if they think the Marine should be charged-the fact that the police aren't going to charge him-and that he had a valid CCW and was prepared to use it- Wonder if Sarah Brady or Dianne Feinstein had been there having a sandwich when the "Fit hit Da Shan"-and the good Gyrene saved their sorry asses-think they might change their minds about the 2nd. Amendment?? One of my gals is "hooked" on that CBS (read the BS) show "Survivor" and on a early run- had a former Navy SEAL- Rudy Bosch! I thought the show was about survival skills- instead it's about "Buckin' Your Fuddy" to win- a "back-stabbers festival"--Adm. Nimitz's words "Uncommon Valor Was A Common Virtue" also apply to this Gyrene- I'd like to stand him to a drink!!
