You have to add about $1,500 for buyer's premium, shipping, etc. But even at the total, I would have bought them also, even though I already have a pair of PA in 12g! Explains why I don't go to too many auctions. That price horrified me, and on enquiry was told that there was not much interest in them. Someone got very lucky!

Heck, at that price I could learn to live with 26" barrels and ventilated rubber recoil pads.

Looks like they have spent more time on engraving and polishing, but that's were good things come to an end. For love of God I don't understand why they use that entropic WEED PATCH a Bouquets motif! It's like they're trying to include every plant type in poison ivy/grass patch. That AyA is "fat" unattractive piece and what appears to be SNST doesn't help matters either.

Kerryman I envy you your Arrizabalagas.

Jagermeister I thought that AyA would be a dandy setup for Argentina. If the Cabelaite that wrote the gun up followed convention the right barrel of the shorter set of barrels is choked tighter than the left for incoming birds. The weight would make it about right for shooting a couple thousand rounds per day. I am not a big fan of single triggers myself, selective or not. Had to think awhile on what entropic meant - decided it was as in entropy or genereating into disorder. That AyA was the only two barrel set Spanish shotgun that I knew of on the net and since if was about half of the Arrizabalaga I thought it might indicate the Arrizabalaga was overpriced. Then Kerryman came along with the pair!

Best,

Mike
