The bottom picture looks like you've almost got it fixed.
There should be a way to color epoxy for a close match.

I have colored epoxy with soot from an acetylene flame collected inside a tin can, but lately have used the dye Brownells sells to color their Acraglas. A little goes a long way and available in brown and black.

Nothing holds like JB Weld apoxy that you get from the NAPA auto parts store. It has held plastic parts together in my car that I broke almost twenty years ago!! And it's still holding. So, I would try that after I bought and installed a replacement like George suggested. Then you will always have the original. Color it however you want. A black magic marker would probably be OK after you wipe off the excess. Good luck!!

There is an epoxy for plastic, at Walmart. It dries black and seems to work well. Your plate looks like horn to me.

Use very thin super glue you can get at hobby shops. They use it on RC airplanes so it's very strong. You can get it in a variety of viscositys.
