Hmm, it looks good on paper, but, without these words, what dictator would be toppled?

"....the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed".

We have four, highly educated supreme court justices that could not grasp these fourteen words. The dissent was a mealy-mouthed pandering to criminal infested cities that tried to ignore these fourteen words at the end of the most important amendment, since, without it, the other nine don't exist as natural God-given rights, but, as government-given, and, therefore, subject to loss.

Without the teeth of the first ten amendments, in particular, the first and second, the constitution is just so much old hemp. I don't believe it was a mistake, or oversight, on the part of the framers, that they came in this order.
