The 'Belgian Army' has been here for decent amount of time. In swamps of NC there is an outfit named "Blackwater" with 20k+ men recruited from military men all over the world. They even have 'CIA' like intel component located on some carribean island. This is just one of many outfits on US soil. These private armies for hire uphold the law of whoever pays the most.
