I have a F. Dumoulin 16 ga boxlock from the 50's. No model # I can find.

I need a right firing pin for it?

Ideas?

For a machinist, this is pretty much a piece of cake. O-1 drill rod works well. So does a grade 8 bolt of suitable size.

How do I know how long to have him make it? To long and it punctures, to short and it will be as bad as the one I have?

if you have one for a pattern start there .060 protrution is a good place to start.if you have a working pin in you gun check how for it sticks out after firing.make one to match.or send it to stevie bertram. mc
