I have an Ithaca Crass with 25" barrels that do not appear to be cut. They touch at the muzzle and are choked modified and full. The 12 ga. only weighs 6# 8oz. which seems to be on the light side for a 12. Did Ithaca make barrels in 25" lengths or maybe they were special order? Thanks Walt

The serial # is 41368. The frame is marked "Ithaca Hammerless". The barrels are damascus. The recoil pad is a replacement. The watertable is marked with 1 1/2 & 1 - 2. I believe it was made in 1900. Walt

It left the factory with 25 inch barrels, 5/21/1900, a Quality 1 1/2, 12 Gauge. Enjoy your Ithaca classic!

I thank you for the quick response. It also explains the watertable markings (Quality 1 1/2). Thanks again Walt

Walt, do you gave any pictures of Gunter's restoration work? I'm thinking of sending him something.
Out there doing it best I can.
