There is the coveted 'Grand Prix de Monte Carlo', oh yeh!
There is something from Italy called the Montecarlo. Yeti is correct firma Luigi Franchi once offered richly engraved in fine anglaise a bouquets SLE by that very name. It would set one back about $1400 in mid 60s to get one. Not sure what Imperiale Montecarlo by Franchi under the Beretta helm will set one back now, but I'm afraid to ponder that question.
There might be another Monte of Italy out there those folks luv shiny things ya know.

The Franchi Monte Carlo is not seen here often for two reasons. There were not many built and those that own them hold on tightly.
I was fortunately able to buy one a few years ago and think it at the top, along with the Lindner Diamonds, as my finest gun.
The fitting is outstanding, the Belgian influenced bouquet and scroll engraving is tops and the overall feel of the gun is as good as it gets.
Wish I were not in the position of having only safe queens.
Best,
John

Webley & Scott made Monte Carlo model stamped on bbls. But Monte Carlo stock is wrong for W&S.
Simson made Monte Carlo model before and after the war also. The most expensive Simson model.
