Gentlemen:
I've got a 12 gauge Lefever DS with a badly cracked stock from the back of the side plate cuts out to the top of the grip.
Does anyone have disassembly tips or reference to a schematic view?

Cheers,
Bob

The Lefevers are pretty straight forward to disassemble. Let down the hammers, take off the plates & remove hammers & sears. Remove trigger guard & trigger plate by taking out the two verticle screws through tangs & the screw in front of trigger plate. Stock should then come right off. Cornell's has a 1913 reprint catalog with good drawings & disassembly instructions.
