I've heard the "Shoot" was well Attended and went Smoothly. But Nothing about TheVendors or the 'Punters'.Did the Vintagers Front a Team of Shooters????CC/DT.

I did not, but a friend did and sent me a picture of his lovely wife shooting her Purdey while being instructed by none other than George Digweed.

Saturday (Ovis Cup) was almost like an old western movie - a ghost town. True the early morning weather was not inviting, but it cleared up by mid morning. The clays course was most accommodating: no wait on any station. The vendors were not happy. Very sparce attendance and very expensive hardware.
The new event - flurries - was fun. Maybe net year Orvis will advertise beyond their in-house publications.
