Found enough of my reloading stuff to load up some 2 7/8" 10 bore brass cases with round ball yesterday. Went to the range this morning to see how they fly. Went really well. Recoil wasn't as bad as expected, barrels shot together, both having a decent group. Loaded them with 180 grains of FFF Curtis & Harvey black and some balls that came from the mold that came with the rifle. Pretty happy with the way it all went.

Mike,

Good shooting! How do you like shooting with no snow around and a short sleeve shirt?

It looks like you are dropping the fitted cases in a liquid. What are you dropping the fired cases in?

Much better without the snow. Water and dish soap. They cleaned up easily and nicely.

Hello Mike,

Its nice to see that my Buckstix Paradox Crimping Tool is working for you for loading the brass shells. Over the years I have made 88 Crimping Tools for fellow shooters ranging from 410 bore up to 4 bore. I am now also making the Buckstix Roll Crimping Tool for loading paper shells.

Great video and Range Report.
