I saw this on gunbroker and followed it, if you can get past the ugly modern stock, you may see some interesting things. Interesting Mauser

Even with the less than wonderful stock, I think somebody still got a good buy at the end price.

It looks like a commercial Oberndorf sporter made for import to the US.

It looks like a commercial Oberndorf sporter made for import to the US. I agree, but what else? Look carefully.

I'm guessing you're referring to the floor plate and set triggers? The rear sight looks like an early Pacific? I think I'd dispense with that unless the holes aren't usable for a Lyman 48. The barrel and front sight are interesting, the ramp is a Sedgley? And I saw the S stamp on the barrel, does that also signify Sedgley?
Unfortunately, it looks like someone buffed the bejeezus out of it when they reblued it. I'm assuming it came over as something other than an 06, since it's missing the cutout on the front ring.

Son just where in this picture would you like to be?

It looks like a commercial Oberndorf sporter made for import to the US. It 100 % DOES NOT. Have you ever seen a commercial Mauser Oberndorf sporting rifle in the flesh? Not?! Mmhhm, thought so. Carcano

Yup, I saw those details, the Sedgley proofmark, caliber markings, front sight and barrel band. I don’t believe I have seen a Sedgley marked Mauser before. The sight is a Redfield.

Carcano, Even if I were 100% wrong, why are you trying to sound like Keith? We don't need another one. Yes. I see the barrel is Sedgley. The action though is a commercial Oberndorf. So, 50% wrong?? Have a nice day.
