about 90% of the time I cannot get into Holt's website. Keeps showing cookie errors. When I get my son who is an IT engineer to try and fix it, if I'm lucky he can get it to work for a few days and then it goes back to the cookie error. This happens on my PC, my wife's PC and my laptop. I can almost always bring the site up with my phone. Thanks

Might be specific to your browser. It is working fine for me on Chrome. I would suggest trying it on at least one different browser.
Or perhaps your wife had your IT professional son fix it so you can't buy any more guns...

A number of years ago I switched to Firefox as my default browser. It works great for everything including Holt's. You can download it and see if you like it.

If you're using a VPN, try turning it off to see if that helps.
