So it turns out that I end up keeping the art that I like instead of trying to turn a profit on it, this joined my meager collection, a pencil signed Maud Earle print.

Very nice. I have a similar one to this but I am sure mine is simply a nondescript print from someone. Nonetheless, I like it!! Clarify something for me: you mentioned it was a "pencil signed".... Is the picture a pencil sketching or is it paint? I have several pencil and Bic pen sketches done by an artist out of Texas many years back that I am particularly happy with. Just curious. Good piece to keep by the way!!

This is an artist's print, produced by a photograph company, the print has a signature but it is also signed by hand in pencil.

I'm not an EP guy, but I saw that and thought it was a great print. Maud Earle was an amazing artist.
