https://imgur.com/a/DixgvnCThis is a 1950 Sauer 12ga. I only know what I've read here on this forum. lots of very knowledgeable people here and I don't include myself. "Maybe" this is a pre-war Krupp steel barrel? But think about East Germany just 5 years after the war. But it's a nice gun. Straight English stock, a little over 28" barrels, 6lb 13oz, IM/F, locks up tight, thick reddish varnish like I have seen on some Mosin Nagants. 4 Rings that look similar to the Olympic Rings may means a Soviet Steel.
Now what did I do wrong with the image? how do I make the picture show up here?
